Camps Bay is Cape Towns glistening summer attraction to both locals and visitors alike.
With Table Mountain as the backdrop to this beautiful beach, nothing represents a South African summer better than Camps Bay.
When visiting Cape Town, a trip up Table Mountain is at the top of every traveller’s list. Whilst at the top, you can look down at Cape Town from many perspectives, Camps Bay being just one.
With its arch-shaped beach, turquoise water and seawater pool, it’s easy to see why Camps Bay is such a huge attraction. Especially during the hot summer months, and with the terrible drought that Captonians are experiencing, the crowds that this beach draws is not surprising!

Trip tip:
It’s not always possible to take photos or film every location at optimal times, early morning or during sunset. A “workaround” is to invest in a great set of filters. When it comes to droning, we got a few sets of Polar Pro filters which enable us to fly any time during the day!
