SAVUTE
The often bone-dry, yet abundant Savute (also spelt Savuti) region is a true departure from the wetter Chobe Riverside. Known as one of Africa’s best big-game areas, Savuti borders the Delta to the west and Chobe National Park to the east. The landscape of the area is flat and dotted with rocky outcrops. Savuti is packed with wildlife, and is, therefore, one of the most rewarding safari destinations that Botswana has to offer. This area is a must-see when road tripping through this beautiful country!
